PINK

We had our 20 week ultrasound this week. I tried not to get my hopes up too much, so I had myself convinced that it was going to be another boy and that I was going to be happy about it. Talk about a total surprise when the tech said it was a GIRL! We are so excited, and even the boys are excited to have a little sister. Hmmmm..... now we need to start thinking of names. That's the hard part. For now, it is still "Topeka."

Spring Break

For Spring Break this year, we spent most of the week down in good ol' St. George, a.k.a. home. Drew was not able to get time off of work, so the kids and I went down with my sister. One of the days we spent out in Snow Canyon State park and had a picnic, climbed the red rocks, and played some kickball. The kids were a little nervous at first about climbing, but after a while they got a hang of it and were doing really well. The kickball game was very entertaining with 8 little kids, most of whom had never played before. I wish I had taken some videos of it. The weather was absolutely perfect!! That night, my parents treated us all to Pirate Island Pizza. The kids had a blast playing in the arcade area with all their "loot" that Grandma gave them. Drew was able to drive down on Friday night with my brothers-in-law. On Saturday, my neice, Gracie, was baptized. It was really neat to be able to be there for that and to see how happy she was. I am a dork and forgot to bring extra batteries for my camera, so when I pulled it out the first time,of course it was already dead. I was even at the store a couple times and I still forgot to get batteries. So, unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the entire weekend. I will have to get some from my family and post them later.
